Dr Paul MellingDr Paul Melling graduated MB BChir MA from Cambridge University in 1996. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners having passed his examinations with distinction. He has a postgraduate diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology and a postgraduate diploma in dermatology from the University of Wales. Dr Melling has a special interest in general medicine and is an accredited GP trainer. He is the Clinical Governance lead for the practice team.Male
Dr Phil WindlessDr Phil Windless studied at the University of Wales, College of Medicine in Cardiff and qualified in 1996 with MB BCh with a distinction in General Practice. He completed his GP training locally in South Devon. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and has a post graduate Diploma in Therapeutics. Dr Windless is the team lead for prescribing within the practice and facilitates medical student and practice team education. He enjoys all aspects of general practice."Male
Dr Anna KennairdDr Anna Kennaird graduated MB BChir MA from Cambridge University in 1995. She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners having passed her examinations with distinction. Dr Kennaird is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She has a diploma in dermatology from the University of Wales and has a special interest in female medicine.Female
Dr Richard SanfordDr Richard Sanford graduated MBChB from the University of Leicester and Warwick in 2007 after obtaining a 1st class Bachelor of Science Honours Degree at the University of Exeter. He then completed his GP training at Kingskerswell Medical Centre in 2012. Dr Sanford enjoys the diversity of General Practice and is developing an interest in research and hopes to become a GP trainer in the future.Male
Dr John McCormickDr John McCormick studied medicine at Oxford University and Imperial College School of Medicine, graduating in 2003. After several years training in the surgical disciplines and some time working abroad he moved to Devon to undertake further training as a GP and to settle down with his young family. John is interested in all aspects of general practice and also enjoys putting his surgical training to use in the minor procedures we offer. In addition to his work at the practice at the practice he acts as the Chief Clinical Information Officer for South Devon and Torbay CCG and is responsible for championing how we use information, technology and innovation to improve care for patients. Dr Emily ClaphamDr Emily Clapham qualified as a doctor in 2006, training at Cardiff University, and has worked in General Practice since 2012 in South Devon. Emily has been a GP Locum, Salaried GP and a GP Partner. Female
Dr Hannah OliphantDr Hannah Oliphant graduated from Peninsula Medical School in 2008 and completed Foundation training in the South west at Torbay Hospital and Derriford. She completed her MRCGP (Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners) in early 2016 after training in Plymouth. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice and is very pleased to be a new member of the team at Ipplepen. Female
Dr Rachael PrinceDr Rachael Prince  joined Kingskerswell Health Centre on Monday 10th July. Dr Prince graduated from Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in 2009 and has completed her GP training in Devon. Dr Prince has a postgraduate diploma in Sexual and Reproductive health, but enjoys all  aspects of general practice. When Dr Prince is not working or developing she enjoys spending time in the family garden with her 2 young children.  Also enjoys outdoor swimming and in 2016 completed the Dart 10k for the first time.Female
Dr Helen BurlingtonDr Helen Burlington graduated MB ChB from Birmingham University in 1999. She spent several years working in Australia as a junior doctor before moving back to the UK.  She completed her GP training in Torbay being awarded MRCGP with Distinction and nomination for the Fraser Rose Award.  She worked for ten years as a salaried GP in North Somerset before being fortunate enough to relocate back to Devon. Dr Burlington enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has particular interest in women's health, contraception and child health. Female
Dr Laura WoollettDr Laura Woollett graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2009. After a couple of years working in Australia she completed her GP training in Cornwall. Dr Woollett worked as a salaried GP in West Cornwall before moving back to South Devon where she grew up. Alongside her work as a GP she has worked in a couple of local community hospitals. Dr Woollett enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with particular interest in family planning and sexual health, as well as care of the elderly. Having worked as a locum at Kingskerswell and Ipplepen over a number of months Dr Woollett is looking forward to becoming part of the team for the coming year covering Dr Hannah Oliphant whilst she is on Maternity Leave.

LouiseLouise qualified as a RGN from the University of the West of England in 1997, she moved to Devon in 2000 where she worked predominately in the community. She completed her Nurse Practitioner qualification in 2006 and since this time has worked in General Practice but also spent three years as a community palliative care nurse for Rowcroft.
